This full time role is all about providing incredible customer service to our online store customers. This role requires an excellent level of French and English, both written and spoken, in order to be able to offer personalized and professional service by email or telephone.

Tasks
  • Responding to emails related to online orders
  • Answering calls from the online store
  • Monitoring of delivery issues
  • Assisting the fulfillment team as needed
