Most people describe the sensation as quick, mild pinches. It’s generally well tolerated. We always take the time to ensure your comfort throughout the session.

We treat most areas of the body, including legs, underarms, bikini (partial or full), arms, back, chest, and face (chin, upper lip, etc.). Contact us to confirm your desired treatment areas.

A complete treatment typically includes 10 to 15 sessions, spaced every 4 weeks for the face and every 6 weeks for the body.
After that, 1 to 2 maintenance sessions per year are recommended to maintain long-term results.

A free consultation is offered before starting your treatments. It allows us to determine if you’re a good candidate and to adjust the treatment settings to your skin using the SkinTel device.
The consultation is not mandatory — it can also be done during your first treatment if needed.

Yes. Shave the areas to be treated the day before your appointment — not the same morning, as this can cause irritation.
At your first appointment only, leave a small unshaved patch so the technician can evaluate the hair’s texture and density.

To ensure the best results and a safe treatment, please follow these steps before your session:

• Shave the treatment area the night before or morning of your appointment, but leave a small patch unshaved so the technician can assess your hair.
• Avoid sun exposure and tanning (including spray tans) for at least 4 days before and after your session. No spray tans 2 weeks before and after.
• Exfoliate and hydrate the skin a few days prior, avoiding any oil-based products (they can be photosensitizing and increase the risk of burns).
• Do not take antibiotics or photosensitizing medications at least 10 days prior, and treatments are not performed during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

⚠️ Laser hair removal requires consistency to be effective. Rescheduling or missing sessions may impact your results.

Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for about two weeks before and after each treatment.
Gently exfoliate the treated areas with a loofah or exfoliating glove for two weeks after each session to promote healthy skin cell renewal.
You may shave between sessions, but avoid waxing or plucking to preserve treatment efficacy.

Your skin may feel slightly sensitive after a session. Avoid hot showers, harsh skincare products, or sun exposure for a few days to let your skin recover gently.
