Our team of Nail Artists, trained by Gelcare Académie, offers a complete nail care experience that stands out on the market as much for the quality of care as for the experience itself! Le Manoir Nail Artists are passionate about enhancing the beauty and health of natural nails and are fortunate to have a full-time schedule filled with our wonderful clients.
Permanent and full-time position following a schedule of 38 to 40 hours per week.

Tasks and responsibilities
- Perform manicures and pedicures that meet the standards established by Le Manoir;
- Provide an incredible experience for all customers;
- Actively participate in the execution of the daily and weekly tasks of the salon;
- Advise clients on the best practices and products to choose to maintain the quality of their manicure and pedicure between appointments;
- Advise clients on the various products offered at the Manoir (Gelcare, Treasure Box, GM Collin, Nuda, Boysmell, etc.).
Qualities and qualifications
- Performing gel manicures in a personal or professional context for at least one (1) year;
- Have at least three (3) years of experience in customer service or other relevant experience;
- Have taken training or have completed a DEP in aesthetics and/or nail care (an asset);
- Desire to pursue a career in the field of esthetics;
- Want to develop professionally in a hard-working, meticulous team that likes to offer an incomparable experience;
- Be available to work a flexible schedule (schedule that includes some evenings and Saturdays);
- Speak fluently in French and English.

Our reception coordinators provide an unparalleled client experience in the salon. Whether it’s for beauty advice, the recommendation of a piece of jewelry or the presentation of our services, customers are in good hands with our team! They also ensure that things are rolling in the salon and take meticulous care of the management of appointments.
Their main objective is therefore to ensure the smooth running of the day in the salon and to ensure fluidity between appointments and purchases in store while offering excellent customer service.
This is a part-time position of approximately 15 hours per week, including Saturdays.
Responsibilities and functions
- Welcome, advise and direct customers;
- Make appointments and manage the appointment book;
- Billing for cares and purchases;
- Respond to phone calls and emails of the reception;
- Ensure the smooth running of the day by ensuring the fluidity between appointments and shop purchases;
- Ensure the opening and closing of the salon.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in customer service or other relevant experience;
- Perfectly bilingual orally (English/French);
- Strong writing skills (English/French);
- Sense of initiative and organization;
- Ease of working in a team.

The Salon Manager at Le Manoir is responsible for supervising, guiding, and leading day-to-day operations. She ensures her team stays motivated to meet financial goals, maintains a positive work environment by offering active listening, resolving daily challenges, and fostering positive leadership.
She supports the Human Resources Director by representing management on-site and evaluating the performance of employees under her supervision.

Tasks and responsibilities
Administrative Management & Communications
- Manage the email inbox at gestion@lemanoir.com and respond to various inquiries;
- Ensure follow-up on both one-time and recurring communications via the bulletin board and Instagram group @manoirteam;
- Acknowledge and celebrate employee birthdays;
- Address client complaints and resolve issues efficiently;
- Handle deposits and manage the cash register in collaboration with the accounting team;
- Open and close the salon when necessary.
Facility & Inventory Management
- Ensure the salon and boutique are always clean and tidy through weekly tasks and daily inspections;
- Oversee inventory, including orders, receptions, and stock withdrawals;
- Track and follow up on orders and deliveries.
Staff Supervision
- Supervise staff and enforce salon policies;
- Act as a role model for exceptional customer service;
- Implement disciplinary measures when necessary;
- Develop performance strategies in collaboration with the Human Resources Director.
Reception Support
- Respond to reception calls and emails;
- Greet, advise, and schedule client appointments;
- Process payments for client services and purchases.
Appointment & Client Experience Management
- Optimize the appointment schedule and minimize booking errors;
- Ensure a top-tier client experience within the salon;
- Maintain smooth coordination of appointments and boutique purchases.
Miscellaneous
- Take care of the salon’s plants.

Le Manoir is looking for a passionate, motivated, and proactive esthetician to help develop its aesthetics department!
Renowned for our excellence for over a decade, we are committed to providing the highest quality beauty and wellness services. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in the growth and expansion of our aesthetics department, including performing high-end G.M. Collin facials and Vectus laser hair removal services for our clientele.
Job Requirements
DEP in aesthetics completed and training in photoepilation completed;
A minimum of 5 years of experience in aesthetics and photoepilation;
Knowledge of microdermabrasion equipment;
In-depth knowledge of GM Collin products (an asset);
Available Monday to Saturday including evenings;
Bilingual (French and English);
Comfortable in front of the camera (an asset);
Ability to work as part of a team.

Offer related advanced aesthetic treatments such as photorejuvenation, fractional laser, etc.;
Create content that highlights expertise and products related to medical aesthetics.
