In the event your order is cancelled, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
In the event your order has already been prepared and shipped, we won’t be able to apply the discount, but you can always use your promotional code on your next order.
Yes, we ship all over the world! Shipping charges will apply and will be added automatically at checkout.

Please also note that for international returns, the return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund of your items.
Orders are processed chronologically, and processing times may vary between 1 and 3 business days during regular periods, and between 3 and 5 business days during new product launches or promotional periods. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking number to be activated.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and the shipping option you selected at checkout.
Orders shipped within Canada may take 5 to 14 business days to be delivered depending on your location. International orders may take 10 to 15 business days to be delivered.

If you are in Canada, you will be able to choose your preferred carrier between Canada Post and UPS. For all other countries, packages are shipped with UPS to ensure fast delivery.
*Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Therefore, we suggest selecting a different address.
If your shipping address is incorrect and your package has been returned to us, we will contact you to make the required changes to your address and collect payment for the additional shipping fees.

DUTIES & TAXES
Depending on your shipping address location, some of our products may be subject to duties or taxes. If required, you will be responsible for paying the duties and taxes upon delivery or at checkout.
Canada Taxes will automatically be calculated according to the shipping address location and added to your total at checkout. No customs fees will apply.
United States and Mexico Duties and taxes will automatically be calculated according to the shipping address location and added to your total at checkout.
Other countries If applicable, payment of duties and taxes will be required upon delivery of your package. The carrier won’t be able to release your package until these duties and taxes are paid for. We do not cover the cost of its return if you refuse the delivery of your international package.
If you refuse to accept the customs fees and/or taxes associated with your package and it is returned to us, a gift card credit redeemable online will be sent to you. Please note we will have to deduct shipping and other additional fees from your credit note.
All shipments outside of Canada may have additional charges, such as customs fees and/or taxes, for which you will be responsible for paying. Please note that Le Manoir has no control over these fees, and we cannot inform you of the amount as it varies depending on countries of entry, products and value of packages. Our team cannot make any refund for duties and taxes paid on delivery; these are the customer's responsibility.
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we do not offer refunds. We offer exchanges of equal value or gift card credits redeemable only online at lemanoir.com.
The product must be returned at your expense in its original packaging, and with the original tags. The item must not have been worn, used or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange or return of an item that does not meet the above-mentioned criteria.
Discounted items are always final sales. For sanitary reasons, Treasure Box earrings are also final sales.
We do not reimburse shipping or return shipping costs.

In your email, please tell us the reason for the return and the items you wish to exchange. Please also include your name and order number. We will then be able to evaluate your request and guide you through the return process.
Your return/exchange will be processed once your order is received at our warehouse. Please note that the initial shipping costs as well as the exchange costs will not be refunded.
Exchanges are processed within 2 business days of delivery. A member of our team will contact you by email to finalize the exchange.
Yes! We offer two types of gift cards. One is a gift card valid only in store that can be used on both products and services, and the other is a virtual gift card valid only online at lemanoir.com.
Pick-up is not available in store, as online orders are processed at our warehouse, which is located a few miles away from our salon. However, we sell all our products in store so you can simply pass by whenever you want. We suggest you call the store beforehand at (514) 506-5008 ext. 1 to ensure the products you want are available.
Our online store accepts credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover and Diners Club. You can also pay using Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.
As for our salon located in Montreal, we accept cash, Interac, Visa and Mastercard.
