Content creator & social media manager

The part-time content creator and social media manager works as a team with the marketing department. She ensures the creation of quality content that can be highlighted on various GELCARE platforms and Le Manoir salon. She aims to create engaging content for our communities that reflects the diverse spheres of the GELCARE and Le Manoir businesses. She also works closely with the full-time social media manager, as she takes over during the weekends by offering support to our communities through direct messages and comments on our posts.

Part-time position.

Responsibilities

Creating photos and videos at Le Manoir salon:

1. In collaboration with models and/or hand models:

• Search for models and contact them to coordinate appointments in the agenda of our nail artists and beauticians;
• Find inspirations for facial, laser, manicure, salons/spaces videos and categorize them in an Instagram tab on Le Manoir's page to ensure excellent content creation in collaboration with the person handling the editing;
• Prepare shooting locations: clean and redo the visual so that the video's appearance is as aesthetic as possible;
• Film from different angles to ensure a quality video;
• Select the best captures and categorize them in an album with the video title so that the person responsible for editing can easily find them.

2. In collaboration with influencers:

• Research and initiate collaborations for Le Manoir based on a service/content creation exchange with influencers;
• Coordinate their appointments in the agenda of our nail care, laser, and facial technicians and follow up with the salon manager to ensure they receive excellent service and that our receptionists are aware that the treatment is free;
• Attend the appointment to welcome the influencer and create the content;
• In the case of a facial collaboration, fill out the order form for freebies to be given to our GM Collin partners each quarter.

Creating content at the GELCARE headquarters and warehouse:

• Create content in-studio to promote our GELCARE products and Treasure Box.

Social media management (weekends and/or as needed):

• Post stories and publications on our various Instagram and TikTok accounts;
• Interact with followers who react to our posts via Instagram and TikTok;
• Respond to messages and comments on our various Instagram and TikTok accounts;
• Engage with the posts of our collaborators.

Other responsibilities:

• Participate in weekly marketing department meetings;
• Develop initiatives to feed the various platforms of our social networks in collaboration with the marketing team;
• Act as a brand ambassador at all times;
• Perform all other related tasks at the request of your immediate supervisor.
